Our Story
Inspired by Ebony
Be brave, be kind and unapologetically you. (Ebony)
Eb Flow Grow Foundation
Ebony believed in helping children and families grow through connection, with animals, nature, and each other. She spent much of her time providing personalised strategies and tools for each child she worked with, to enable them to recognise when they needed to use those strategies, but also be able to advocate for themselves whether that be in the school environment, at home or to just help them manage the ebb and flow of their day to day lives. Over time, the aim of these strategies is to build confidence, connection and ultimately lead to growth.
Our Vision
For every child to feel safe and supported as they discover new ways to grow through connection with animals, nature and the people who care for them..
Our Mission
To sponsor primary school aged children with diverse learning needs an opportunity to experience calm, confidence and connection through meaningful animal and nature-based experiences.
Our Values
To honour Ebony’s belief that every child deserves a moment, a place or an interaction that helps them feel understood.
Our shining light
On Saturday, October 18th 2025, our beautiful daughter Ebony, sister to Josh and Chloe, partner to Jaryd, tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident in the Otways in Victoria, Australia. Ebony and Chloe were together on a tour group ride, living life to the fullest. Ebony was only 26. To honour her legacy we have created a charitable foundation that will help sponsor a number of children with diverse learning needs to have animal or nature based experiences to support their occupational therapy sessions.
Ebony’s work with children

Ebony’s connection with animals & nature
Ebony grew up with a family Kelpie and then became the proud owner of two of her own very loveable Kelpies. She was an accomplished western horse rider, surfer, triathlete, ocean swimmer and much more. She loved camping and had a deep love of the outdoors, and the healing nature can provide. Ebony was acutely aware of the impact animal and nature-based experiences can have on children. Her passion and belief inspired Eb to get her dog Flic certified as a therapy dog.
